Personally, I think the acne / milk link is a myth of American paranoia, bizarre milk, everything from acne, the ability of attention and even cancer of guilt born.
It will not hurt to try to cut to see a few weeks / months, but about what happens.
In my personal experience is the key to a lot of water for at least 2 liters a day, but aim for 3, and a good general rule would only make sense when talking about the day to eat at McDonald's for food and beverages from Coca-Cola on the lookout for trouble.
I found that a low GI diet worked for me, I am certainly not a lot of fruit and vegetables.

The milk makes no difference, can actually cut you more acne, because of vitamin deficiencies.
However, 2 liters of drinking water for the perfect skin, and the usual advice for a healthy diet and exercise;)
Good luck!
Drink lots of water helps as it flushes the toxins from the skin - facial steam baths can also help.
Regarding milk, I do not know how dairy products affect the skin, I'm sorry.
