Are there any health & safety issues with serving fruit crumble cooked in a foil container to children? - foil food containers

I cook for fifteen girls aged 7-10 years and told them they can not serve in a bowl of fruit crumble foil to the health and safety reasons. The food is better, cook and serve in disposable aluminum containers, so I need to check whether it could be a problem with being that. Has anyone advice please?
