First, I am curious about what makes her suddenly afraid of the bathtub. It has a single with a babysitter at any time or any other person? Maybe a brother? Children are not afraid of anything, when something traumatic has happened.
One thing you can do is in the bathtub, while more water and the bath plug and let the water run while in the bathtub. If you are in a tub full of water, prevents some fear
To speak with him, I say things that make you happy and less afraid of water. Perhaps you can find that makes things different colors of water, which is always a great attraction for children. : 0) I liked when I was a child. He hated baths and then my mother found colored bubble bath and I was waiting for my bath every night.
